Fall Garden Salad

Broccoli, pea sprouts, carrots, red onion, persimmon, apple, farro, pine nuts, and bacon.
Vinaigrette dressing: Moscatel vinegar, white miso, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
