Butternut Squash Fried Rice


Stuffing:  Fried rice with butternut squash, red onions, black olives, and toss with minced parsley,
garnish with saute pea shoots.

    Dehydrating butternut squash and then making flour, seems like an awful lot of work.

    Thanks. Actually it's quite easy to shred and dehydrate the squash, the messy part is in grinding and sifting the flour.
