Reconstitute radishBarely cover dehydrate radish with liquor and water (1:1)
until soften; bring the mixture to boil, add a pinch of sugar for taste
and few drops of soy sauce for color; keep heat on until
all liquid evaporates, mix in spicy hot chili sauce--done!
If you're using commercial preserved radish or home sun dried
radish, it is not necessary to "reconstitute" the vegetable prior
to processing it with hot chili sauce.

It's very easy to make.
Sun dry or buy the 蘿蔔乾 then mix with your favorite hot sauce.
昨天到FMakket 搬了一點白蘿蔔乾在加上CSA box 裡的radishes, turnips 醃了一個晚上,現在外頭曬日光浴.
另我還買了一堆蘋果,我家那一對饞貓,最近老吵著要吃Apple chips.

Do you peel the apples first? Lots of work if you don't use the spiral peeling thingy.

No peeling at all. I use the local apple with no wax on it. I will show you the picture later today.
