Ingredients: Shrimp, ground pork, golden chive (opt), wonton skin
Seasonings: Salt, white pepper, sesame oil, oyster sauce, toasted shrimp roe, egg white
Soup: Chicken broth canned or homemade. If you want the real HK wonton soup~~bring to boil water, pork bones, chicken, toasted shrimp shells, toasted dace fish and simmer for about 2 hrs. or more. Drain and use broth only.
